What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 10 days from when you approve your design.  In some cases we can print your cards faster, so if you have a particular deadline, tell us and we will let you know if we can meet it.

What kind of response can I expect?
Every postcard mailing is different and there is no simple answer to this question, but the national average for direct mail is 0.5% to 2%.  There have been response rates much higher than this and some lower.  The main factors in determining your response are how well you know your target market, how large your list is and how often you mail.

How many cards should I send out at a time?
We recommend no less than 1000 at a time and if you can mail a minimum of 5000 at a time, your chances of response are much higher.  The best answer is as much as your budget can handle on a regular basis.

How much is the postage?
Postage for Standard postcards is 26 cents per card and for Oversized postcards it's 41 cents.  You can reduce this amount by using our Mailing Service.

Why do you print a minimum of 5,000 postcards at a time?
There are a couple of reasons.  First, we know you need to mail enough postcards to really get a response and 5000 gives you enough to do this.  Second, by printing in that quantity, we can get you a higher quality card for a MUCH cheaper price and make your mailing more cost-effective!

Why do I need to pay you when I place my order?
This helps us to keep the price of your postcards even lower because we don’t have any backend accounting costs.  But in order to make things easier on your cash flow, we don’t need to collect the postage for your mailing until 3 days before it is sent out.

What if I don't like the design your team makes for me?
Nothing gets printed until you approve the design. Our designers are very good at making postcards that look great.  If you have any questions about the quality of our work, you can review our design gallery before you place your order. Our design services are set up to be very affordable and our designers are going to work with you to create the postcard that you want.
